Can I be sure that shopping at MDC is safe?

Yes! Every item is guaranteed. We sell terrific gifts but what we really do is serve. Checkout is encryption protected and private. MDC collects only contact information and will not have access to any financial details of our customers.

 

How long does it take to get my purchase?

Shipping time usually takes 3-7 business days. Because we ship World Wide delivery times will vary based on regional and local processing. Bespoke ‘Print on Demand’ should not take longer than the 3 to 7 days to produce and ship.  

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You will receive an email with your tracking number when products are purchased. You will receive updates on shipping processes, including delivery confirmation.

 

How can I change my address?

It is important that, if you have placed the wrong address on your order, you contact us immediately. If you are unable to update the delivery address in time, you can email us directly at:

If the item has not left the production facility yet it is likely we will be able to change the shipping address.

 

How can I change my order?

How can I make a return? What is your return policy?

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Book with obvious signs of use

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
